Marathon Man has been trying. \u00c2\u00a0I commend him for that.<\/p>\n

After the last date, Marathon Man wanted to come over the next night and I told him I couldn’t do it.<\/p>\n

Then, he tried to plan a date for the week after, on Saturday. \u00c2\u00a0This happened to be the same night that HC invited me to go out to meet his sister.<\/p>\n

The night before I told him, ‘Hey, I’m sorry, I can’t do tomorrow anymore. \u00c2\u00a0Maybe we can shoot for after the holiday?”<\/p>\n

MM: \u00c2\u00a0Oh. What happened?<\/p>\n

I didn’t respond at first because I thought that was a weird question. \u00c2\u00a0After nine hours I finally responded, late on Friday night.<\/p>\n

Me: \u00c2\u00a0What do you mean what happened?<\/p>\n

MM: \u00c2\u00a0(Next day) I was looking forward to seeing you tonight and wondered why you can’t. \u00c2\u00a0(Well why didn’t you ask that then?) \u00c2\u00a0Let me know if you want to get together after Thanksgiving.<\/p>\n

I didn’t respond. \u00c2\u00a0I felt terrible for not responding.<\/p>\n

On, over a week later, Sunday, MM wrote, “Hi ____, hope you had a great Thanksgiving! \u00c2\u00a0I’m on my way to the gym to work off the weekend. \u00c2\u00a0Haha.”<\/p>\n

This is interesting. \u00c2\u00a0He didn’t ask me anything, just made some comments, so I didn’t write back for a while.<\/p>\n

Me: \u00c2\u00a0Hey MM! \u00c2\u00a0Mine was great! \u00c2\u00a0Hope youres was too!<\/p>\n

MM: \u00c2\u00a0Good to hear. \u00c2\u00a0Mine was too – we had 28 people! \u00c2\u00a0You free later this week? \u00c2\u00a0Somehow my Thu-Sun is not booked yet.<\/p>\n

This last text was sent last night.<\/p>\n

Ok, now what? \u00c2\u00a0 If someone wasn’t interested in dating you, how would you want to know?<\/p>\n

Adam. \u00c2\u00a0Baby. \u00c2\u00a0I don’t know if I like that mustard yellow on you, Honey.<\/p>\n
